Your monthly HOA dues cover building insurance (sheetrock out), building ground and amenity maintenance, HOA management and admin, pest control (property monthly, unit interior quarterly), cable/internet, security, trash, and water/sewer.

Yes. Ocean Club allows short-term rentals with a 3-night minimum stay. You can rent your entire unit or, per HOA rules, rent the guest suite separately — creating flexibility as a primary residence, vacation retreat, or investment property.

Rental guests are strictly prohibited from having pets on the property. Homeowners may have pets, but they must be properly registered with the HOA office and must be 25 lbs. or less.

Occupancy is limited to 4 persons per 1-bedroom unit and 6 persons per 2-bedroom unit.

Ocean Club features a heated outdoor pool on the 3rd level overlooking the Gulf of Mexico (open 8 AM – 10 PM), a full fitness center with brand-new Life Fitness equipment, TVs, cardio equipment, and free weights (open 8 AM – 10 PM, located on the first floor), and a covered poolside pavilion with two Weber outdoor propane grills, a stainless steel kitchen sink, and countertop prep station (open 8 AM – 10 PM, first floor poolside). Note: no glass is allowed in the pool area. The property also has bike and kayak racks.

P1 level has grocery carts, mailboxes, and the main entry. P2 level has luggage carts, vending machine, and ice machine. The 1st floor has the pool, gym, and HOA office. The 3rd floor has the package room.

Each owner has one assigned parking space in the secured garage and one additional space in the parking lot. Unit 1204 includes an extra-wide parking space on the top floor of the parking garage. Proper parking credentials are required for all vehicles — visit the HOA office Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, or contact security between 7 PM – 6 AM to get your parking pass. Vehicles without proper documentation are subject to towing at the owner's expense.

Ocean Club is a secured building with fob access and a secured parking garage with assigned spots corresponding to your unit number. Mailboxes are located inside the parking garage. The building also has interior climate-controlled corridors — the only complex on the Coast to offer this.

Ocean Club is a non-smoking building, including inside units. Smoking is permitted on balconies, but all doors must remain closed while doing so.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM.

Ocean Club is located at 2060 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39531. It's a 17-story high-rise with first-floor units starting on the third level (levels 1 and 2 are for covered parking). Beach access is directly across the street, and it's walking distance to restaurants and casinos.

Contact the person or company you rented from directly. Security does not handle maintenance emergencies. Their contact information should be in your rental confirmation or receipt.
